WHAT WILL THE RECIPIENT NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO PICK UP THE MONEY?

The recipient of your money transfer may pick up the money at any PAYOMATIC store, or any other authorized Western Union agent location. The recipient will need to provide the following information: the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), name and address, amount of money expected to receive, the sender’s name, telephone number and the city/state from which the transfer is being sent. A valid government-issued ID with a photo (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required to pick up the money.

How Do I Track My Western Union® Transfer?

To see the status of your money transfer, visit the Western Union Track a Transfer page and enter the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which can be found on your printed receipt. You can also call Western Union customer support at 1-800-325-6000
