POM Gives Back
Pay-O-Matic is proud to announce our new partnership with The Child Center of NY. Our corporation and employees are participating in the Holiday Giving Tree Project. For many of us, the holidays are a time to celebrate with family and friends, to share gifts and reflect on our good fortune. It is a time of year when we share our love and concern for others. However, for many families, the holidays bring sadness since they are unable to afford the cost of celebrating. It is a time when some children’s letters to SANTA go unanswered and secret wishes go unfulfilled. The Giving Tree helps thousands of children realize their holiday dreams with gifts that make their dreams come true.

POM Gives Back
Thanksgiving is the perfect time of year for all people to count their blessings. Some of us are blessed with more than others. This year, Pay-O-Matic teamed up with Councilwoman Sara M. Gonzalez of District 38 in Brooklyn to distribute turkeys and all of the fixin’s to the less fortunate citizens in her district. Brooklyn VP Chris Barone, Director of Community Affairs Jeanette Bottone, and Director of Marketing Kevin Spelman were on hand to help unload the Pay-O-Matic van of all its goodies—a Thanksgiving feast for 50 families. “Thanksgiving is, for me, one of the most important holidays as it is a time of the gathering together of family – an activity that is necessary now more than ever,” said Councilwomen Gonzalez.

POM Gives Back
Pay-O-Matic’s 2009 fundraising programs were extremely successful. We raised $80,000 for the Special Olympics and $125,000 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. This success would not have been possible without the dedication of our employees and customers. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

E-ZPass Makes Life Easier
Pay-O-Matic can now make your commute a little easier. Beginning Monday February 25th, 2008, all Pay-O-Matic locations will offer E-ZPass. E-ZPass makes getting through the toll booths a snap. Stop and pick one up today. Simply purchase an E-ZPass with cash at any one of over 100 Pay-O-Matic locations, and use it at any New York State Toll Booth. Once you use it, you need to register your E-ZPass with a credit, or Debit card.

It's Official
The Pay-O-Matic Corporation recently completed a merger sponsored by Founders Equity Inc. We’re particularly excited since this transaction will permit POM to continue to grow its share of licensed locations in New York, leveraging its knowledgeable employee base, scalable technology, expanded product line and customer goodwill. Additionally, we are now in the midst of completing the acquisition and integration of thirty (30) CLB check cashing locations, all of which will be rebranded, and bring the total number locations to one hundred and thirty (130). Particular thanks and recognition to the transition team for their exceptional performance during the past few months. We look forward with pride to the continued success of POM.
